Scotty McCreery will release his highly-anticipated third studio album, Seasons Change, on March 16. The project is the first to come from the country star in five years which will bring fans eleven new tracks.

“In the last five years, I have grown from a teenager to a man, moved out on my own, lost my grandfather, proposed to the love of my life, and learned more about myself than I could have imagined,” said McCreery. “This all shows up in the 11 songs on Seasons Change, and I cannot wait to share this music with my fans after such a long time between releases.”

For the first time in his music career, McCreery co-wrote every song on his new album. Seasons Change even puts a spotlight on his relationship with his now fiancé, Gabi Dugal.

McCreery claims the album to be his "journal of the last few years" which features his emotional single, "Five More Minutes." Seasons Change was produced by Frank Rogers who also worked with the 24-year-old on See You Tonight in 2013.

We sat down with McCreery as part of our Red Carpet Countdown live from Nashville to discuss his proposal to Gabi Dugal and the marriage advice he's received so far. The "Five More Minutes" singer also expressed how important country music is for everyone to heal, especially during the past few months.
