Carrie Underwood took a pretty bad fall down her steps outside of her Nashville home Friday night. The country superstar broke her wrist and suffered several other injuries just two days after co-hosting the 51st Annual CMA Awards.
According to E! News, the 34-year-old was taken to a hospital to be treated and luckily none of her injuries were life-threatening. Underwood's rep revealed her husband, Mike Fisher, was able to get back into town that night to be by her side.
Thanks so much for all the well wishes everybody...I’ll be alright...might just take some time...glad I’ve got the best hubby in the world to take care of me.

Get well soon, Carrie!
I just wanted let everyone know that I’m doing great. Had surgery on my wrist yesterday & all went well...even though I’ll be setting off airport metal detectors from now on...I’m so thankful for the doctors, nurses, family & friends who’ve been taking such great care of me.
